RAW MATERIALS
Superalloy metal-bearing raw materials are originated from the fusion of one or more ferrous elements and are produced in the form of sheets, plates, round or square bars, tubes, wires and so on. These materials are used in multiple sectors, such as Aerospace, Power Generation and Pharmaceutical.
Their main property is the high content of ferrous elements such as Nickel, Cobalt, Tungsten, Titanium, Aluminum and others, which give them exceptional resistance to corrosion, while maintaining lightness and malleability, characteristics that facilitate their processing.
Thanks to all these properties, superalloys are used to produce devices and gears destined to operate in extreme conditions, capable of above 1000°C temperature resistance.
MAIN CATEGORIES
NICKEL
Nickel-based alloys and superalloys stand out thanks to their high resistance to: oxidation and corrosion processes, very high temperatures of around 1000° – 1200° C. This type of materials are used in the industrial production of parts exposed to operating in extreme conditions within hostile environments.
COBALT
Cobalt-based alloys and superalloys are mainly used in the aerospace industry for the construction of critical components and in the production of gas turbines thanks to their resistance to high temperatures, wear and corrosion.
TITANIUM
Titanium alloys have excellent tensile strength and high temperature resistance, are lightweight and resist corrosion. They are mainly used in the construction of aircrafts, power plant tubes and pipes, armor plating, ships, missiles, etc.
ALLUMINUM
Aluminum alloys are successfully used in almost all industrial sectors due to their particularly favorable properties used to their processing: lightness, thermal and electrical conductivity and resistance.
STEEL AND STAINLESS STEEL
The Steel is a strong material frequently used for the construction of metal structures and in industrial production. There are different types such as alloy steel and unalloyed steel, each of them with its own particular property.

AND C.A. STEEL
The CA Steel is a Carbon Steel (or unalloyed steel) and its popularity comes from its ease of workability, strength and affordability in its typical applications: building construction, sheet metal production and automotive components.

CONSUMABLES FOR WELDING, BRAZING AND THERMAL SPRAY
The Welding and Brazing consumables are used for metal joining processes. They are produced in various forms such as rods, wire spools, tape or others more. Thermal Spraying is a technology that improves and restores the surface of a solid material, metals for example.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
It is an innovative technology that, compared to the traditional industrial production, offers a much more yield in less time and at lower costs. At today, the sectors that are mostly involved in the use of additive manufacturing are aerospace, automotive, packaging and jewelry. This technological process runs through 3D printing of custom-designed items of any material composition.
OILS & LUBRICANTS
These products can be used within applications dedicated to the maintenance of industrial production machinery and devices. Engines or gears that are subjected to very high mechanical and continuous stress require periodic and rigorous maintenance using suitable quality products.
All materials can also be supplied as semi-finished cut to drawing parts.
